Students grade 7–12 are so important to us, which is why they have their own space at Summit. Our leaders have a heart to lead, teach, and empower students to pursue a real relationship with God. Your teen can expect to meet new friends, learn truths straight from the Bible, talk it out during interactive Breakout time, eat good snacks, find mentorship, and so much more.

Check-in & Pick-up
Check-in @ 6:45 pm | Service begins @ 7 pm | Dismissal @ 8:20 pm | Pick-up your student by 8:30 pm
Students arrive and check in to Summit Youth @ 6:45 pm in the Summit Church Office Lobby. This entrance is facing Fullerton Road across from the McDonalds, where the Summit Church sign is above the door. Students can walk down the sidewalk, and our team will be ready to help them check in inside. Please note, all students are required to check in on an iPad in the lobby. First-time guests fill out a brief Connection Card Form to submit guest information. Returning students will check in using the last four digits of the phone number submitted on their Connection Card.
Once checked-in, students head upstairs to the SY Facility for service. Summit Youth dismissal is simultaneous with the Adult Service dismissal time in the Main Auditorium. At 8:20 pm, students are dismissed to leave the SY Facility and connect with parents/guardians via phone for pickup. You will need to pick up your student from the church by 8:30 pm, so please ensure you are communicating directly with your student to coordinate pickup. If a parent is needed during the service, the SY team will call the parent/guardian phone number submitted in their Connection Card form.

It is our goal to create a distraction-free atmosphere for all students to enjoy the service! For this reason, devices are collected and secured prior to the service portion of the night (approx. 1 hour). Phones are returned as students go into the Gameroom following the service. If there is any reason you need to be contacted, your student will be able to slip out of service to call you on their phone. If you need to contact the SY team during the service, text or call 703-926-8987. This phone number is only active during SY Nights.
