The Ultimate Teen Retreat
SYR is the ultimate summer getaway for your current 7th–12th graders to experience a refreshing, offline week packed with Biblically-centered messages, spirit-filled worship, competitions, sports, food, and so much more. Our team has prepared a fantastic event and we’re so expectant for God to move in the lives of these amazing youth and return passionate and ready for their next season. The cost is $550 per student. Your registration covers all food, travel, lodging, SYR merch, and programming.
Registration opens Sunday, March 29 and closes after Sunday, June 28. Please see the payment schedule below for more deadlines.
SYR Guest Protocol
It is required that students registered for SYR participate in as many Summit Youth Sunday evening services as possible before the retreat. If your student is thinking of inviting a non-Summit member friend to join SYR this summer, the guest’s information will need to be submitted to leadership for approval before confirming registration. If approved, the guest is required to attend a minimum of at least two SY Nights prior to SYR. Please click here to submit the SYR26 Guest Request Form.
Payment Schedule

$150 Deposit #1 Due
The Non-refundable Deposit + Registration Form is due to save your spot. You can still register until 6/28.
$200 Payment #2 Due
You’re halfway there! This is the second payment out of three. A $25 late fee will be added on 6/1.
$200 Payment #3 Due
This is the last payment. A total of $550 is due. Registration closes after 6/28!
Sibling Discount
There is a discount available for parents who have multiple students. Once the full registration cost of $550 is paid for the first student, we will apply a 10% discount for each additional sibling being registered. The additional students’ costs will be reduced to $495 and so on. You will see this automatically reflected in the SYR registration form.

New for 2026, we’re launching the Junior Leaders Program for high school grads attending SYR!

Internship Information*
If you would like to pay off the remaining balance of your trip cost, we have a great opportunity for you to participate in an internship here at Summit Church! Interns will complete various tasks at Summit earning $12 per hour to pay off their remaining balance.
Internship Requirements*
Complete registration and deposit #1 and send a minimum of 10 sponsorship letters.
